Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and efficient Cashier cum Customer Handler to join our café/restaurant team. The ideal candidate will handle cash transactions, assist customers with their orders, and ensure they have an excellent dining experience.

Roles and Responsibilities may also include:

Customer service: Greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving complaints

Cash handling: Operating the cash register, counting money at the beginning and end of shifts, and processing payments

Inventory: Performing inventory checks and ensuring returned items are undamaged

Transactions: Recording transactions on balance sheets and reporting discrepancies

Coupons and stamps: Redeeming and verifying coupons and stamps

Closing duties: Auditing the cash drawer and controlling inventory

Hosting: Acting as the restaurant's host or hostess when needed
