Job Description

  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle that meets their needs
  • Test drive vehicles with customers
  • Negotiate pricing and close sales
  • Follow up with customers after the sale
  • Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, financing options, etc.
  • Attend training sessions as needed
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Adhere to dealership policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  • Assist in finding a vehicle that meets their needs by using current inventory information.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in sales events and promotions.
  • Build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth.
