• Number of requirement is: 1 captain.
• Compensation: Monthly in hand salary will be from Rs. 10 thousand to 15 thousands (as per experienced and caliber).
• Job location is Baradighi Jalpaiguri North Bengal.
• Accommodation and food will be provided by the company.
• Duty hours: 9 to 10 hours working policy for all staff as per company norms.
• However, in F&B most of the times during busy days, the staff has to be available even at odd hours for the guests, which hotel management background F n B staffs are aware off.

Nature of recruitment:

• The above mentioned positions will be Contractual in nature.
• Contract will be renewed only after performance appraisal.
• For the time being company are not giving PF, ESIC, Gratuity facilities. 
• Rent free accommodation & food will be provided by the company.
• Medical Facility will be provided at the Garden level only.
• Candidate will be eligible for 15 days of Annual Leave only in One Financial Year. If any leave is taken without the leave balance or without any prior intimation to the company, then it would be treated as “Leave without Pay” & salary will get adjusted accordingly. 
• Candidates need to have minimum 1-2 years of experience in the related field. 
• Graduates preferred. 
• Immediate joiners preferred.
