Job Description

Duties:

1. Following Grooming standards and personal hygiene.

2. Maintaining store hygiene.

3. Making of Food products and following all the SOP's

4. Shift adherence as given.

5. Handling and upkeep of equipments of the store.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the cafe

Supervise and train cafe staff

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Maintain food safety and health standards

Manage inventory and supplies

Create work schedules and maintain staff records

Handle customer complaints and inquiries

Monitor and optimize financial performance

Implement marketing and promotional strategies

Maintain a clean and organized cafe environment
