Job Description

In an above-site, global role, implemented new operating and governance models to streamline &

standardize Risk & Resilience activities across Biopharma Manufacturing Units (MUs) & Global

Operation Centers (GOCs)

 Led the annual review & update of Business Impact Analyses (BIAs),Business Continuity Plans (BCPs),

Incident Management Plans with continued focus to improve Incident Response Preparedness

(including response, recovery & resumption)

 Facilitated annual simulation/testing exercises for BCP and Incident Management across MUs & GOCs

with comprehensive After-Action Review (AAR) Reports

 Partnered with Product Management teams to establish Brand Manufacturing & Supply Risk Strategies

for Biopharma products

 Assured supplier reliability of critical third parties (for raw materials & services) by conducting Business

Continuity Risk assessments & walk-through

 Facilitated Site Risk & Resilience Management Boards to identify & endorse site strategic risk portfolio

(linked to strategic imperatives and transformation roadmaps)

 Represented MUs & GOCs as custodian of Risk Registers by assuming complete ownership of ongoing

actions plans, evaluating effectiveness of mitigation actions, and ensuring zero overdue actions

 Fostered Risk & Resilience culture through engagement, and capability building of site BC Champions

and Emergency Management Coordinators

 Improved RCSA scores from 72% to 97% and achieved
