As a BUSINESS GROWTH ANALYST, your role will involve translating theoretical
knowledge gained in the initial training phase into practical revenue-generating strategies during the
final 2 weeks of the On-the-Job Training (OJT) phase. You will be responsible for implement effective techniques to drive revenue and contribute to the company's growth.
Responsibilities:
Analyze data
Use data analytics tools to analyze consumer behavior, campaign performance, and other data to understand the company's products, users, and acquisition channels
Identify opportunities
Run exploratory analysis to find new opportunities and partnerships
Develop strategies
Use data insights to develop and manage marketing campaigns, optimize sales processes, and lead growth projects
Execute projects
Work with internal teams to execute projects and ensure they align with business goals
Monitor and report
Monitor and report on marketing and growth metrics, and prepare weekly and monthly reports to track performance
Make recommendations
Make recommendations based on analytics and test findings, and communicate those recommendations to stakeholders and executives
Support staff
Support staff and teams in making recommended changes, and help resolve any issues
Evaluate impact
Ensure plans are made to evaluate the impact of the changes made, and take responsibility for overseeing and reporting on this evaluation
