Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Answer inbound calls, in addition to handling all web-generated, direct, and other written inquiries from potential customers relating to new bookings
2. Research and identify new market opportunities
3. Carry out the sales process to attract new clients maintain fruitful relationships with them and address their needs
4. Be available to answer any questions, or resolve any problems that the guests may have, always aiming to do whatever they reasonably can to ensure that guests have the best possible holiday
5. Achieve the weekly/monthly targets in a high-pressure performance-driven environment
6. Maintain all the data of the clients on the CRM
7. Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty
8. Build strong relationships with your clients to increase their likelihood of returning to the company year after year
9. Pay close attention to detail with all aspects of bookings to minimize errors, client dissatisfaction, and lost revenue for the company
10. Process all booking requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail
11. Provide fast, friendly service and actively seek out customers to assess their needs & provide them with better assistance
12. Guide customers/clients about available offers and services
13. Convert potential leads into sales and meet the set target
