Selected day-to-day responsibilities include:
Digital Marketing exp is a must
1. Communicate with customers, manage email campaigns, make outbound calls to potential customers, and follow up on leads
2. Understand customers' needs and identify sales opportunities
3. Keep up with product and service information and updates
4. Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers
5. Explain and demonstrate features of offerings
6. Stay informed about competing offerings
7. Stay informed about market and technology changes that will influence our offerings
8. Research and qualify new leads
9. Be competitive and a good listener
10. Answer potential customers' questions and send additional information via email
Requirements:
1. Minimum of a graduate degree
2. Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position is preferred
3. International exposure is an added advantage
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software like HubSpot
5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
6. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
7. Excellent cold-calling skills with business development acumen
8. Strong sales skills and the ability to achieve targets
9. The candidate to have their own machine, and internet connectivity to work from a remote location
10. Experience - 1 years (Digital marketing sales experience is compulsory)
