Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. CRM Management: Manage the CRM system daily for accurate customer tracking, data entry, and follow-ups. Implement optimization strategies for better efficiency.
2. Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients in the target market, using tools and strategies to build a strong lead pipeline.
3. Market Research: Perform market research to grasp industry trends and competitor actions, informing tailored outreach strategies.
4. Outreach Efforts: Conduct outreach via cold calls, emails, and messages to engage prospects, using compelling messaging that highlights our value.
5. Meeting Coordination: Schedule and confirm meetings with prospects and senior team members, preparing necessary materials for successful meetings.
6. Performance Tracking: Track and report on outreach and CRM effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for enhancements.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field ( Sales, Business, or similar)
2. Prior experience in product or technology sales
3. Strong passion for sales with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales target
5. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
