We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our organization as Business Development manager (Depending up on experience). The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing sales activities at a specific development site, nurturing leads, handling client inquiries, closing sales, and providing excellent post-sale service. Additionally, the candidate should maintain confidentiality and uphold the organization's integrity at all times.

Responsibilities:

Formulate business development strategy

Find new directions for boosting revenues and business growth

Analyze and manage all sorts of competitive threats

Develop and plan business and operating models

Identify and nurture the target audience by conducting efficient segmenting

Develop new regions, channels, distributors, etc.

Identify new sources of sales opportunities

Incorporate promotional activities

Ensure the use of creative and innovative approaches for developing new business opportunities

Take up strategic initiatives and pen down the best options which serve the business

Look for options which help in cost savings

Come up with strategies to accelerate sales conversions

Use digital platforms to reach the target audience

Pitch on online platforms for acquiring new projects

Increase sales using referral marketing

Work on intensifying client retention ratio
