Job Title: Business Development Manager
Experience: 3 to 8 years
Shift Timings: 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM IST (US Shift)
Work mode: Remote

Job Requirements:
*Conduct research and build a sales database
*Minimum 3 years of experience of progressively responsible sales management in B2B environment; Healthcare / Medical Billing / KPO / BPO industry experience preferred.
*Hands on experience in business planning, sales, strategy development, compensation plans and strong financial management/ business acumen in Healthcare Industry.
*Proven track record managing key customer relationships and closing strategic opportunities.
*Should have experience in working with US market.
*Excellent relationship and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
