We are rapidly expanding and are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to drive our growth.
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for generating leads, traveling to client locations, and converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify, pursue, and convert leads into clients by pitching Futuro Agility Care’s elder care services and building personalized solutions for their needs.
- Client Visits: Travel to clients' premises (homes, hospitals, etc.) using your own two-wheeler to present present and promote our services.
- Sales Pitch & Negotiation: Deliver persuasive sales pitches, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet monthly sales targets.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance, lead conversions, and feedback to management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills: - Experience: 3-5 years in business development, sales, or client acquisition roles, ideally in healthcare or elder care sectors.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related fields.
Sales Skills: Proven ability to convert leads and close sales. Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of delivering impactful presentations and negotiating deals.
Self-Starter: Highly motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently.
Tech-Savvy: Familiar with CRM software and digital tools for tracking sales.
Travel: Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel regularly within Bengaluru.
Compensation & Benefits: - Basic Salary: ₹20,000 per month (based on experience) plus Incentives: Performance-based incentives Fuel Allowance: Provided by the company
