Manage all the business partners to get smooth and regular process and executions.
Managing the in house business team accordingly.

2. B2C Planning

Tie up with Local School/ Collages/ Coaching Institutes and universities.
Build strong networks & connections with School/ Collages/ Coaching Institutes and universities.
Arrange seminars and events at educational institutes.
Responsible to generate student leads.

3. Institutions Tie up

Updated sheet managing for all the country representation.
Updated sheet managing for each country institutions representations.
Updated information about direct and indirect institution tie ups
Institutions business/commission structure update and managing.
Sustainable relationship maintaining with institute delegate.
Get the marketing sponsorship budget from relevant institutions.
Marketing plan and execution including ROI proposal.
Institutions tie ups proposal planning and execution online and offline.
Maintaining the overall progress reports with the actual data
