Job Description
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives
- Fields Sales
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospects and potential customers using provided contact lists or databases.
- Introduce the company's products, services, or fundraising campaigns to prospects and communicate their benefits effectively.
- Engage prospects in a polite and professional manner, build rapport, and address their queries or concerns.
- Identify potential leads and gather relevant information about potential customers for further follow-ups by the sales team.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the number of calls made and the conversion rate.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and follow-up actions in the company's database.
- Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth communication and follow-up on customer inquiries.
