The ideal candidate will have experience in identifying and acquiring new business opportunities on Upwork and other freelancing platforms. The role involves bidding on relevant projects, creating compelling proposals, and developing strong client relationships to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and analyze new business opportunities on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
- Craft persuasive and customized proposals to bid on projects.
- Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their needs and requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by consistently securing new projects.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitors’ activities.
- Provide regular feedback and updates on bidding activities and outcomes.
Qualifications:- Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder or in a similar role in business development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
