Role: Business Development Intern

Responsibilities:
1. Qualify leads through cold calling, and email campaigns to create a robust pipeline for the
sales team
2. Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to develop effective lead nurturing and
conversion strategies, ensuring a smooth handover of qualified leads
3. Schedule meetings for the senior sales team.
4. Maintain CRM records. 5. Stay updated on industry trends.
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Any bachelor’s degree
2. 0-2 years of experience in business development/sales-focused job duties specifically in the IT
services industry
3. Excellent interpersonal skills
4. English proficiency
5. Available 6 hours/day between Mon-Fri
6. Open to work night shifts (8.30 pm – 11.30 pm)
