The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building a strong clientele, and consistently achieving sales targets. This role involves engaging with potential inbound leads, particularly international clients, and converting them into successful sales.
#KeyResponsibilities
- Generate recruitment business from provided leads.
- Understand client requirements and offer tailored recruitment solutions.
- Participate in discovery calls with potential inbound leads, especially from the Middle East and South Africa, and effectively represent the company.
- Efficiently manage multiple leads using lead management tools like HubSpot.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure the delivery of high-quality candidates to clients.- Manage and nurture existing leads.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients.- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Be flexible to work on one Saturday or Sunday as part of a rotational schedule, with the option for a compensatory day off (Monday or Tuesday) or additional pay.
#Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in the recruitment industry. Experience in product or service industries will also be considered.
- Strong domestic and international sales experience, with a focus on the Middle East and South African markets.
- Experience in handling discovery calls with international clients.
- In-depth understanding of the recruitment process and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience with lead management tools like HubSpot.
- Target-driven and results-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
