Shift Timing: 10 AM to 7 PM - Monday to Saturday (Remote)

Location: Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh

Languages: English and Hindi

Salary: INR 20,000 to 30,000 per month

Job Description:

JNJ Technologies & Services LLP is looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to join our team. This position is remote and offers a competitive salary based on experience and performance.

Requirements:

• Communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.

• Ability to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.

• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.

• Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and managing a customer database.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.

• Understand the client's needs and recommend suitable solutions or services.

• Negotiate with clients to facilitate the progression of sales transactions.

• Record client feedback and maintain a comprehensive customer database.

• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve organizational goals and targets.

• Leads will be provided by the Company.
