Job Description

1) Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the company's sales objectives within the designated geographic area.

2) Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns or issues in a timely manner.

3) Identify and pursue new business opportunities by actively prospecting and engaging potential clients within the assigned territory.

4) Monitor customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities, providing feedback to the management team to develop sales and marketing strategies.

5) Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales within the area.

6) Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, in all sales activities.

7) Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company's products and services and to build a strong network within the industry.
