Fluency in any one of these languages: Hindi/Marathi/Tamil/Kannada/Telugu/Gujarati/Bengali/Odia/Punjabi/Rajasthani is mandatory.

Only residents of Mumbai/Navi Mumbai and nearby areas should apply as this is work from office.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop a deep understanding of the services being offered to effectively communicate our value proposition to customers.
Initiate contact with potential customers to present our services, explaining their features and benefits
Create and deliver persuasive sales pitches to engage and convince potential customers to make a purchase.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to nurture relationships, answer questions, and guide potential customers through the sales process.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including notes on discussions, objections, and outcomes
Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the organization, which may involve managing a certain number of calls per day, achieving a specific conversion rate, or meeting revenue targets.
Provide feedback to the sales/operations team and management regarding customer concerns, objections, and market trends.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 year of experience in outbound telesales or a similar role is a must
Must be fluent in any one or more of following languages mentioned above
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to deliver persuasive sales pitches.

Working Hours:

Day shift, fixed hours, and no overtime.
Alternate Saturdays and all Sundays off
