Responsibilities:
1. Identify potential clients in the lift and elevator industry to drive sales growth.
2. Build and maintain relationships with construction companies, architects, and developers.
3. Present lift products and services, emphasizing features, benefits, and safety standards.
4. Negotiate contracts, close sales, and meet sales targets for lift installations and maintenance.
5. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client requirements and project timelines are met.

Qualifications
Diploma / Bachelor's degree Minimum 0 year to 10 years of sales experience in the elevator/lift or escalator industry.

Strong negotiation skills

Strong communication and presentation skills

Location: Chennai
Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹80,000 per month, based on experience and performance.
