Position Title: Business Development Executive
Location: HSR Sector 2, Bangalore
Job Summary: As a Business Development Executive you will have the opportunity your communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
● Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
● Assist in generating leads through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Prospecting:
● Identify and qualify potential users by understanding their needs and assessing their interest in the investment.
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions in the CRM system.
Communication:
● Engage with prospective users to understand their requirements and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
● Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Collaboration:
● Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
● Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategy discussions.
Learning and Development:
● Gain an understanding of the sales process and industry best practices.
● Seek guidance and feedback from senior sales representatives to improve sales techniques.
Qualifications:
● Education: Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate program, majoring in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Communication Skills:
● Strong verbal and written communication skills.
● Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with potential clients.
Soft Skills:
● Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed in sales.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
