Responsibilities:
Generate new business/leads
Interact with clients & understand their training requirements
Convert assigned leads to successful closure
Preparing Proposals & responding to RFP / RFQ
Searching Trainer profiles
Evaluate Trainer Profiles
Arrange discussions between trainer & clients to set the objective & expectation of the training
Ensure training delivery happens seamlessly from start to end
