Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential sales leads through networking, online research, and marketing-generated leads.
• Nurture leads through consistent digital engagement and develop them into viable prospects.
• Communicate effectively to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue and conversion targets.
• Build a deep understanding of our products and present them to clients effectively.
• Respond promptly to issues affecting sales and oversee market and client growth.
• Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and demonstrate performance through KPIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in sales or business development roles.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficient in networking, project management, and problem-solving.
• Strong creative and strategic thinking skills to develop and implement sales strategies.
• Ability to adapt to the company’s culture.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• Experience in franchising sales with a deep understanding of industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Collaborative mindset with leadership skills to motivate and lead teams to success.
