Job Summary:
We
are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development
Executive cum Sales Executive to join our dynamic team who will
responsible for driving sales of subscription-based products or
services, managing the sales process from prospecting to closing, and
ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the subscription lifecycle.
This role requires a strategic approach to selling, a deep understanding
of subscription models, and excellent relationship-building skills.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business
opportunities and generating sales to achieve company growth targets.
This role requires a blend of strategic planning, relationship building,
and hands-on sales execution.
Sales Execution & Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:- Identify and target potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities specific to subscription offerings.
- Conduct research to understand prospects' needs and tailor pitches to demonstrate the value of subscription services.
Sales Process Management:- Present
and demonstrate subscription products or services to potential clients,
highlighting features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, including lead qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
- Customize subscription packages or plans based on customer requirements and preferences.
Customer Relationship Management:- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to foster long-term loyalty and retention.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional support throughout the subscription period.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and explore opportunities for up selling or renewals.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including subscription acquisition, churn rates, and revenue targets.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, highlighting achievements and challenges.
Market and Product Knowledge:- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics related to subscription models.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's subscription products or services, including features, pricing, and benefits.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales materials, campaigns, and promotions.
Customer On boarding and Training:- Assist
new subscribers with the on boarding process, ensuring a smooth
transition and successful adoption of the subscription service.
- Provide training or guidance on using the subscription product, addressing any questions or issues that arise.
Administrative Duties:- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and subscription details in CRM systems.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of subscription agreements, renewals, and cancellations.
Preferred Experience:
- National / International 1+ years of sales experience.
- Proven experience in subscription sales, SaaS sales, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of subscription-based business models and sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Qualifications: Any of these
- HSC Passed
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Advanced degree or professional certifications in sales or business development.
