Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting the company's growth through lead generation, sales strategy development, and nurturing client relationships. This position requires someone who is proactive, ambitious, and a strong communicator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, and partnerships.
  • Client Outreach: Engage in cold-calling, emailing, and networking to build a pipeline of potential clients.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competition, and market trends to support strategic decision-making.
  • Sales Pitching: Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to maximize retention and upsell opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective sales strategies, goals, and initiatives.
  • Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales activity, pipeline status, and market research insights.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to support business objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
