Key Responsibilities:
Client Outreach & Lead Generation:
* Assist in identifying and researching potential clients and business opportunities.
* Reach out to prospects via email, phone calls, and social media.
* Maintain and update lead generation databases with client details and communication history.
Market Research:
* Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and client needs.
* Gather information on potential clients' business operations to identify opportunities.
* Analyze data to help create targeted business strategies.
Sales Support:
* Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals, presentations, and quotes for clients.
* Prepare and deliver basic product and service presentations to clients.
* Follow up on proposals and convert leads into new business opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
* Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their evolving needs.
* Assist in scheduling meetings, calls, and presentations with potential clients.
* Support in negotiating contracts and closing deals under guidance.
Collaboration:
* Work closely with the marketing and project management teams to align business strategies and deliver effective solutions to clients.
* Participate in team meetings to share insights and provide feedback.
Documentation & Reporting:
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and progress reports.
* Track sales metrics and present updates to the senior management team.
Skills and Qualifications: *
* Education: MBA (freshers are encouraged to apply).
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
* Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
