Job Description:
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing supply chain processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring that business solutions meet organizational goals. You will collaborate with various departments to gather requirements, document processes, and communicate insights. Your ability to understand both the technical and business sides of a project will help drive successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Requirement Gathering & Analysis
· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives.
· Elicit, document, and analyse business requirements using techniques such as meetings, workshops, and observation.
· Create clear and concise documentation, including business requirements, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
2. Solution Design & Validation
· Work with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
· Analyse data and systems to verify requirements and perform data mapping to ensure data accuracy.
· Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback to ensure the solution meets business needs.
3. Stakeholder Management
· Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, developers, and other project team members.
· Facilitate communication and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
· 3-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a supply chain, logistics environment.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis
· Proficient in business process modelling and documentation techniques.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Proficient in supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle ERP systems) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
· Knowledge of automation technologies and their application in supply chain operations (e.g., RPA, AI, machine learning).
· Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
