• Excellent planning, communication, bias for action / results oriented, ownership / accountability and negotiation skills – including advocacy and ability to manage without direct authority. Demonstrated political savviness. Must be customer focused and able to deal with ambiguity.

• 3-5 Years relevant experience in Pharma or Biotechnology manufacturing processes or equivalent.

• 5+ Years relevant experience in manufacturing integrations.

• Experience in Product Lifecycle Management IT systems implements &/or Support is desirable.

• Large project implementation experience.

• SDLC – Software Development Lifecycle execution experience is required.

• GxP validated systems experience is essential

• BS/BA required in engineering, science or computer science discipline

• Proficient in use of Jira, HP ALM, MyQumas 5, Veeva Document Mgmt.

• Business Process Analysis & Improvement, Requirements definition and documentation

• User Requirements definition and documentation

• IT Testing (system, integration, regression and user acceptance)

• Agile methodology

• Data management

• Stakeholder management
