Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business operations, identifying areas for improvement, and driving solutions to help achieve organizational goals. You will work closely with stakeholders across multiple departments to collect, analyze, and document requirements, then translate them into actionable insights and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:

- Gather and document business and functional requirements.

- Prepare and present reports, proposals, and findings to key stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of new systems, processes, and procedures by providing ongoing project management and coordination.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of business changes and provide post-implementation support.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to offer innovative solutions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
- Strong understanding of data analysis techniques and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
