Job Description

As a Business Analyst - Fresher, you'll gather and document business requirements, analyze processes, and support communication between stakeholders and technical teams. You'll assist in creating solutions, testing, and project documentation. Ideal for recent graduates with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, eager to learn and grow.

Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
Develop detailed business studies, system analysis, and design solutions.
Create comprehensive reports and presentations for decision-makers.
Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement system improvements.
Monitor and track project progress and deliverables.
Conduct market and industry research to support business decisions.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to communicate requirements and processes.
