Job Title: Brand Manager

As a Brand Manager, you will be the strategic owner of one or more brands within our portfolio, responsible for driving growth and strengthening brand identity. You will lead cross-functional teams to create, execute, and monitor branding campaigns, ensuring that all touchpoints convey consistent messaging. You will focus on deepening customer relationships, driving innovation, and ensuring that the brand remains relevant in an ever-changing marketplace.
1. Brand Ownership and Strategy: Develop a clear, compelling brand strategy that resonates with target customers and drives growth. Define the brand’s positioning and establish a long-term roadmap to achieve business objectives. Craft the brand’s unique voice, messaging, and visual identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
2. Campaign Leadership: Lead integrated marketing campaigns, working across digital, social, and traditional media channels. Plan and execute product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand-driven events. Collaborate with internal teams (creative, product, PR) to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
3. Customer Engagement & Retention: Design and implement strategies that build deeper connections with customers and increase brand loyalty. Develop loyalty programs, partnerships, and influencer marketing initiatives to increase customer engagement. Gather and analyze customer feedback to continually improve the customer experience.
4. Brand Consistency & Governance: Act as the guardian of the brand, ensuring that all marketing materials and communications adhere to brand guidelines. Maintain consistency across all touchpoints, from product packaging to digital content.
