Brand Intern - Skincare D2C Brand - Bangalore
Location - (work from office)
Working Days - 5.5 days(Saturday half day work from home)

A. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work closely with the brand manager and growth team on problem-solving for anything and everything creative-led
2. Help out in one of the multiple functions like communication on social media, ads, email, PR, packaging, and website, and would help grow these mediums through creative iterations and fresh ideas

B. Must-have:
1. Willingness to learn and adapt
2. Exceptional writing and storytelling skills
3. Good understanding of performance/social/website communications
4. Extremely hands-on with content creation
5. Updated with Brand trends at all times

1. Your excellent written communication and storytelling skills are key to creatively executing and shaping the brand voice while keeping an eye on what will bring results

2. You are both analytical and creative, able to constantly iterate and experiment, and focus on what works. As a self-driven and ambitious individual, you understand that the success of this role is driven by your efforts and ownership of ideas/projects

3. You have an independent point of view and strong beliefs and are open to both sharing your ideas and being challenged on them

4. Lastly, having a fair understanding or interest in derma cosmetics would be much appreciated
