The candidates in this position will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and profitable operations of all branch activities. In addition to reporting all financial and operations information to company management, this candidate is responsible for hiring, training any employees at the branch.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create and maintain a daily report on operations and sales at the branch

Hire and train all employees of the branch

Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities

Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans

Meet goals and metrics

Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately

Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation
