Job Description

We are hiring branch manager for our Karimnagar Branch [ Telangana State ]. Those who are having good communications skills  & having experience in Stock Broking activities can apply, a job with minimum 1 year experience.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily operations of the branch.
Lead a team of equity dealers to achieve sales targets.
Develop and maintain client relationships.
Ensure compliance with all relevant market regulations.
Monitor market trends and provide strategic advice to clients.
Implement and oversee training programs for staff.
Deliver periodic performance reports to senior management.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 years of experience in equity sales or trading.
Proven track record of managing a sales team.
In-depth knowledge of equity markets and related regulations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
