Job Description

Attend calls of customers

Maintain data of customers

Co-ordinate with customers.

Daily Reporting of work.

Generate sales.

Promoting Products.

Closing Sales.

Handling customers issues.

Providing support.

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally

Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.

Provide information and support to customers

Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently

Record all interactions and feedback in the CRM system

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Meet performance targets and call-handling quotas

Collaborate with team members and other departments

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to handle stressful situations and difficult customers

Strong problem-solving skills

Flexibility to work in shifts
