As a BPO Telecaller, you will be responsible for handling inbound or outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make inbound and outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
• Provide information about products or services to customers.
• Address customer queries, resolve issues, and maintain a positive relationship.
• Record and update customer information in the system.
• Meet or exceed performance targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
• Upsell products or services as per company guidelines.
• Follow up on customer requests, complaints, or feedback.
• Maintain professionalism and a high standard of customer service.
• Collaborate with the team to meet company goals.
