Role And Responsibilities:-
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with a high productivity rate.
It's also important to have excellent communication and typing skills, alongside the ability to perform in an office setting.
Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of items.
Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow-up on calls/leads assigned.
Answering inbound calls /customer queries related to our services.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Conducting each of your functions with the utmost respect, regardless of others' dispositions.
Keep records of calls.
Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
Handling Inbound and Outbound calls, following up on Enquiry, and database
Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
Obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details.
Requires patience, persuasiveness, and persistence.
Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.
Answering questions about products or the company.
Most importantly, tele calling is all about building repeat business through good customer relations
Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Capacity to receive critique without internalizing it.
Noting important details of each conversation.
Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our sales team for closing.
Superb verbal communication.
Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
