Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BPO/Telecaller at UNIT SECURITY SERVICES AND ACADEMY PRIVATE LIMITED in Lucknow. The BPO/Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, handling customer inquiries, and scheduling appointments.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in telemarketing or customer service
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good organizational skills
Knowledge of security services or BPO operations
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
Identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions.
Maintain customer records by updating account information.
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
