Job Description

Biomedical Service Engineer
  • To take care of overall business activity in the region.
  • To provide prompt onsite customer service support to customers across the defined region.
  • Repair of the equipments
  • To Implement company defined processes and system required to deliver high quality consistent customer service support.
  • To manage service & generate sales leads.
  • To ensure optimum utilization of resources like spare parts, logistics etc.
  • Improve customer satisfaction & convince them to use consumables & reagents for instruments
  • Improve understanding and coordination with existing customers.
  • To monitor existing customers improve business in your territory.
  • To give daily call logs as per organization rule.
  • To submit the DA regularly every week.
  • To update the service coordinator with the calls status.
  • To communicate customer enter in AMC / CMC
  • To generate revenue towards service contract
