Job Description

  • Inventory management: Maintaining inventory levels, ordering new items, and removing expired items
  • Stock records: Keeping accurate records of stock and merchandise transfers
  • Receiving and inspecting: Receiving, inspecting, and identifying incoming items
  • Storing and preserving: Storing and preserving incoming items
  • Issuing items: Issuing items to customers or users
  • Warehouse operations: Coordinating warehouse activities, such as shipping, receiving, and stock checks
  • Documentation: Documenting warehouse transactions and records
  • Supply delivery: Ensuring timely delivery of supplies
  • Budget management: Assisting in developing and managing the store's budget
  • Supply needs: Working with other departments to understand supply needs
  • Working environment: Maintaining a safe, and neat working environment
  • Store layout: Managing the store layout
  • Sales records: Keeping a record of sales
  • Stock rotation: Rotating stock and disposing of expired or surplus quantities
  • Freight and equipment: Coordinating and handling the movement of equipment and freight
  • Material received report: Generating a material received report (MRR) on time
