Roles and Responsibilities:

Bike Repairs and Maintenance:
- Diagnose and repair issues on various types of bicycles, including road bikes, mountain bikes, hybrid bikes, and e-bikes.
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting parts.
- Replace damaged or worn-out components such as tires, chains, and brake pads.
Customer Service:
- Interact with customers to understand their bike-related issues and provide professional advice on maintenance and repairs.
- Offer recommendations for bike accessories and upgrades based on customer needs and preferences.
- Enforce systems to ensure quality customer care and equipment repair
