• Bike Repairs and Maintenance:

  • Diagnose and repair issues on various types of bicycles, including road bikes, mountain bikes, hybrid bikes, and e-bikes.
  • Perform regular maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting parts.
  • Replace damaged or worn-out components such as tires, chains, and brake pads.

• Customer Service:

  • Interact with customers to understand their bike-related issues and provide professional advice on maintenance and repairs.
  • Offer recommendations for bike accessories and upgrades based on customer needs and preferences. 
  • Enforce systems to ensure quality customer care and equipment repair
