Job Description

Customer relationship skill, Marketing skill. Knowledge about skin and hair, Haircut, hair color, facial, pedicure, Manicure, oil massage, hairstyle, hair treatments. Responsibilities include removing hair, recommending skin care therapies and managing client appointments. If you’re able to identify customers’ needs and help them feel good about themselves, we’d like to meet you.

• Provide beauty services to clients, including haircuts, styling, coloring, and treatments.

• Perform various skincare treatments, such as facials, exfoliation, and waxing.

• Offer nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.

• Conduct consultations with clients to understand their beauty goals and recommend suitable treatments.

• Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and in good condition.

• Build and maintain a loyal client base by providing exceptional customer service and personalized recommendations.

• Upsell beauty products and treatments to clients, maximizing revenue opportunities.

• Collaborate with other beauticians and hairstylists to create a cohesive and enjoyable salon experience for clients.

• Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols, ensuring the well-being of both clients and staff.
