Job Description

Coordinate with team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.

Coordinate with banker, centers and customers.

Knowledge of computer application excel, CRM, and Internet.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal

Perform and handle administrative duties.

Resolve complex issues.

Evaluate credit and collateral files.

Document and organize all financial transactions.

Gather, compile and file reports for the management.

Screen, refer and respond to inbound calls and incoming mails.

Evaluate proposals and submit for approval.

Maintain all documentation with corrected deficiencies.

Maintain all records of payments and update.

Perform the necessary processes, procedures and verbal dialogues to effectively customize offers and cross sell an expansive set of products and services to new and existing customers
