Job Description
Job opening for backend support, only female required for a leading Bank. Immediately joining. Cab facility and accommodation will be provided
Basic salary 30k and for experience candidate 35k
Responsibilities:
Managing customer accounts and updating client records.
Handling internal and external communication and correspondence.
Processing customer transactions and resolving discrepancies.
Collaborating with team members to improve customer service.
Maintaining confidentiality of banking information.
Key focus on administrative tasks essential to bank operations.
Handling customer inquiries and processing transactions.
Supporting various banking departments with data management and record keeping.
Skills:
Proficiency in banking software and MS Office.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
