We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Backend Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient processing of customer orders from placement to delivery. This role requires strong coordination with internal teams, delivery partners, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- *Order Management:*
- Handle and manage all customer orders from the backend system.
- Ensure that each order is accurately processed, packaged, and dispatched on time.
- *Delivery Coordination:*
- Liaise with delivery partners and logistics companies to track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
- Book orders with appropriate delivery services, optimizing for cost and delivery times.
- *Inventory and Documentation:*
- Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and delivery statuses.
- Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure stock availability for smooth order processing.
- *Customer Service Support:*
- Work with the customer service team to resolve order-related issues, including delays, wrong shipments, and returns.
- *Problem-Solving:*
- Address any operational issues related to logistics and order fulfillment.
- Act as the main point of contact between the company and delivery partners to troubleshoot and resolve delivery challenges.
*Requirements:*
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Backend operations, logistics, or order management.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, order management software, and other backend systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
