Job Title:
[Back Office]
Responsible for assessing business processes, improving efficiency, and managing back-office operations, including accounting and administrative tasks. Reports to the CFO.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee payroll, HR, accounting, and finance activities.
Manage bookkeeping, payables, receivables, and financial reporting.
Handle administrative functions like scheduling, travel, and data management.
Develop policies, reports, and presentations.
Communicate with customers via phone.
Qualifications:
Graduation/Post-graduation/Diploma
Fresher/Experienced
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong communication and analytical skills
Compensation: Up to INR 35,000/month
Location & Schedule: Silvassa, DNHDD | 9 AM - 7 PM
