Profile & Job Description-

· As a Back Office Operations Executive.

· Candidate will be assisting with various administrative duties.

· This will include data management

· Project processing.

· Delivering basic Human resource Support.

· Data analysis and administrative.

Duties:

· Conducting data entry activities

· Offering administrative support

· Taking calls

· Producing reports and presentations.

Requirements:

Candidate must be female between 27 to 35 years of age.

Extensive experience in office management, the ability to work as part of a team, experience in employee entry & exit formalities, employee attendance ,payroll & data management and the ability to respond quickly and to provide reliable support for management

Experience:

5-8 years in Back Office across any sector.

Having a Health Industry background will be an added advantage.

Strong Written & Verbal Communication skills, an eye for detail,

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Presentable Appearance.

Ability to manage time efficiently under pressure.
