We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to join our team and support our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process travel bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
• Handle documentation and ensure accurate data entry for all transactions.
• Assist with the preparation and management of travel itineraries.
• Coordinate with travel agents, hotels, and other partners to confirm arrangements.
• Maintain and update customer information in our database.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Support the finance team with invoice generation and reconciliation.
• Prepare reports and assist in administrative tasks as required.
• Updating and maintaining databases with accurate and relevant information
