**Job Summary:** We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive Coordinator to support our operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth back-office operations, coordinating various administrative tasks, and providing support to our team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in the coordination and execution of daily back-office operations.
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical files, ensuring easy access to information.
- Process incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and documents.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for the team.
- Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Utilize various software applications (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems) to manage data and streamline processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate communication and resolve issues.
- Support inventory management and order processing as necessary.
- Conduct research and compile data for special projects or presentations.
- Provide exceptional support to team members and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a back office coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management or administration is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with CRM and project management software.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles or experience with bookkeeping.
- Previous experience in related field is a plus.
